Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, STILES allows for exchanges or returned items for a store credit. The item may only be returned for an exchange if it is unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.

If you would not like to exchange for another item, you will be issued an online store credit in place of. Unfortunately we do not do refunds.

You may return/exchange your item with us within 10 days of purchase.

The cost of the courier to cover shipping costs for returns, and exchanges is for the customer's account.
