Returns & Exchanges
At STILES, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty due to our error. In the case of a faulty item, you may choose to exchange it or receive a full refund.
However, we offer exchanges or store/online credit for unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged items. If you choose not to exchange for another item, a store/online credit will be issued instead.
Exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase.
Please note, the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
