1. Using Our Site

• You’re welcome to browse, but this is a personal, non-commercial playground.

• Play nice! Don’t copy, hack, frame, or mess with our site.

• All content, designs, and Stiles trademarks belong to us (and other trademarks belong to their owners).

• Use the site at your own risk—we don’t make promises about perfection.

• If things go sideways because of your actions, you’ve got our back and we’ve got yours in the usual legal way.

2. Ordering Our Goods

• You’ve got the legal capacity to buy from us.

• Your order becomes official when we dispatch it.

• We might need to cancel an order sometimes—if we do, you’ll get your money back.

• Each order is its own little adventure, but if you break one rule, it can affect all your orders.

Shipping & Risk

• You cover shipping unless we agree otherwise.

• We’ll pack and dispatch ASAP, but we can’t promise perfect timing.

• Risk passes to you when your goods arrive; ownership passes after full payment.

• Any warranties are what we get from our suppliers or law.

Your Data

• You own your info. When you share it with us, we just use it to make your Stiles goodies happen.

• We aren’t responsible for stuff saved on your devices or accounts.

Our Stuff (Intellectual Property)

• All designs, content, and Stiles creations are ours. Ask before using them!

• We’ll protect our brand legally if anyone copies or misuses it.

Payments & Fees

• Pay what you owe on time.

• No holding back payments—let’s keep it smooth.

When Things Go Wrong

• Please stick to the rules. Breaking them might mean we have to take action.

• We might need to end agreements if goods are discontinued, laws change, or things get impractical. We’ll give notice where possible.

Disputes

• We prefer to sort things out quickly. First, chat it out. Then mediation if needed. Arbitration is the last step.

Legal Stuff You Should Know

• Force majeure: If crazy stuff happens (fires, floods, strikes, aliens 🛸), neither of us is responsible. If it lasts 60+ days, either side can cancel.

• This page is the full agreement about using our site and buying from us.

• Updates to these terms only affect future orders.

• South African law rules here.

• You agree to the Magistrate’s Court if things get legal.
